         會 員 申 請 表 格

Oriental Food Association aims to enhance the spirit of solidarity and cooperation among the businesses in the industry, strive for the rights and interests of Oriental food businesses and negotiate with relevant government departments such as the Dept. of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration and Health Dept. on behalf of members, so as to help the import of Oriental food smoothly, and understand the rules and requirements of Oriental food in terms of packaging, hygiene and ingredients.

美國東方食品商會之目標為提升同業團結互助精神，爭取東方商品商應有權益和代表會員與政府有關部門如農業部，食品藥物管理局及衛生局協商，以至幫助東方食品入口順利，理解東方食品在包裝，衛生和成分等方面規則和要求。
Member type 會員分爲：
1. General Member 基本會員                                      2. Associate Member 準會員 
     Right to vote and be voted. 有參選和投票權             Relating to food businesses 與食品業相関
     Must in food businesses 必須為注冊食品公司          Annual membership $300  年費$300
     Annual membership $300 年費$300

Please mail your filled Application and check payable to: Oriental Food Association, 345 Lorton Ave., Suite 305, Burlingame, CA 94010.  Your membership will be refunded if your application is not accepted.
